    • Central & South America: 15–30 business days

  • Shipping Methods: Free shipping for orders over $99. Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS; international orders by ePacket or EMS where available.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. In some cases, tracking may not be available for free shipping.

  • Shipping Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.

  • Customs and Duties: Layladason is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or tariffs incurred during international shipping. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds:
